Houses to rent in Caerphilly could offer good education

Houses to rent in Caerphilly could allow
families to take advantage of the increased expenditure on
education in Wales.
Figures from the Welsh Assembly show that, in 2009-10, budgets per
pupil in England rose by 2.4 per cent compared with the previous
year.
However, in Wales, they increased by a greater proportion, with 2.8
per cent more being spent on education per person.
Families looking to relocate could find houses to rent in Caerphilly help them to
benefit from the increased education budget in Wales.
Data from the Welsh Assembly Government's StatsWales service shows
more than £140 million was spent by the local authority on
education in the 2008-09 year.
Caerphilly is not the only Welsh region spending around £150
million on education each year.
In Carmarthenshire the 2008-09 budget totalled £139,385,000
while Swansea schools spent a total of £160,048,000.
The Cardiff region, perhaps unsurprisingly, had the greatest
schools expenditure of the year at more than £230
million.
