More property to become available in Manchester
The amount of property for sale in Manchester and across other parts
of the north-west of England may rise.
According to a report in the Manchester Evening News, a developer
has announced that plans which had previously been scrapped are now
set to go ahead once more.
Keepmoat Homes revealed it is to construct a selection of
residences.
For example, it will build 64 abodes in Oldham and 30 in Little
Hulton.
Also, projects are to be implemented in Accrington and
Burnley.
Regional director of the firm David Wroe said: "We are planning a
significant increase in activity across all the regions in which we
work."
He added that the housing market is showing "clear signs" of
recovery, although he qualified this by indicating that caution is
still required.
Recently, Steve Turner, head of communications at the Home Builders
Federation, suggested that the government should do more to ensure
that homes are created in the UK.
