“In the wake of the global coronavirus outbreak, Chapplins have modified the way we operate as we take responsible steps to ensure the ongoing safety of staff, clients and our wider community.

We have a commitment to maintain the financial and administrative services on which many clients rely. Some branch staff and management are now working from home and we aim to provide an efficient method of communication for our customers at this difficult time. We have four branches and we have listed the best communication channel for each of them below. All branches have reviewed their opening hours and contact details are listed below. Please note that estate agency is not regarded as an “essential service” so there will be no viewings or valuation appointments permitted at this time by any estate agency, until the Government releases new information concerning the lockdown. The guidelines do permit some sales to proceed under certain circumstances but please check with your legal advisors for more details.
