This prize draw is courtesy of Wessex Team Ltd and is open to all property owners aged 18 or over who instructs a participating Wessex Team Estate Agent to sell or let their property up to and including Saturday 12th July 2014.

The prize draw is exempt to any employees, family members of employees of Wessex Team Ltd or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this prize draw. The prize draw will be made at 9.30am on Friday 18th July 2014, where one winner will be drawn at random from all participating entries.

The prize is a one off holiday up to the value of £5000 with £1000 spending money. The booking will be made through the Poole, Dorset branch of Thomas Cook for any holiday available through them or their associated companies. The Winner may upgrade the holiday at their own expense. The prize is non transferable, non negotiable and cannot be substituted for any prize or cash value, be used in conjunction with any other offer or has any cancellation value once booked.

The prize draw holiday must be booked before the 30thJune 2015 with Thomas Cook and the Holiday taken before the end of 2015. If these terms are not met Wessex Team Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize draw at its sole discretion. The prize winner will be notified by telephone by Wessex Team Ltd and must respond accepting the prize at the time of the call receiving notification of having won the prize. In the event of non-acceptance, no answer or failure to accept within a 48 hour period, Wessex Team Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance criteria as provided under this condition will apply) By entering the prize draw the winners consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this prize draw. Wessex Team Ltd does not accept responsibility or liability under/or in connection with this prize draw (including without limitation as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction).

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
