Our Havant branch first opened its doors in 1996 and quickly became the towns leading Independent Estate Agency. The office is situated on a busy corner at the entrance to Havant Town Centre and has a large daily foot fall as it is located between the bus station and the mainline railway station and indoor shopping center.

Now, almost 27 years on...Our success continues. The management team have many years of expertise in this area and the two Directors Kerry Applin and Steve Mullins will be happy to look after your requirements whether you are buying selling or letting property.
Our Sales Manager, Stuart Hutchings steers the sales department alongside our dedicated and experianced sales team ensuring that anyone enquiring about selling or buying properties in the area are listened to and catered for. Our team have combined experience of over 100 years’ in the property industry and pride themselves on delivering a bespoke service to each of our clients as they believe that all properties, just like their owners, are individual.
Internally the branch is airy and bright and has a private office available for customers needing to discuss matters in more privacy. We also have our own in house mortgage advisor, Wendy Gawn who has worked in this office for over 25 years so you can be sure of some excellent advice and a friendly face.
Out lettings team is headed up by Director Ashley Newell. Ashley oversees the all of the lettings operations in the Chapplins group.
