Our Havant branch first opened its doors in 1996 and quickly became the towns leading Independent Estate Agency. The office is situated on a busy corner at the entrance to Havant Town Centre and has a large daily foot fall as it is located between an indoor shopping center, the bus station and the mainline railway station.

Our team have many years of expertise in the local area with our Director, Stuart Hutchings, having been in the property industry for over 20 years. Our town centre office has a private office available for customers needing to discuss matters in more privacy. We also have our own in house mortgage advisor, Wendy Gawn, who has worked with us for over 25 years, so you can be sure of excellent advice and a friendly face.
