Kerry was a Founding Director of Chapplins in November 1996 and has been an estate agent for more years than he would care to remember. (He actually started in 1988) Kerry is responsible for the strategic growth and success of the business but still enjoys the cut and thrust of front line agency and can still be found at properties doing viewings and valuations. Married with five children he is also IT director for Team Association and heavily involved locally with many choirs and theatre groups in his spare time. He has run a number of marathons for charity and is a member of the Community Fundraisers which supports charity work for adults with learning disability.

Our Havant branch first opened its doors in 1996 and quickly became the towns leading Independent Estate Agency. The office is situated on a busy corner at the entrance to Havant Town Centre and has a large daily foot fall as it is located between the bus station and the mainline railway station and indoor shopping center.

Our Sales Manager, Stuart Hutchings steers the sales department alongside our dedicated and experianced sales team ensuring that anyone enquiring about selling or buying properties in the area are listened to and catered for. Our team have combined experience of over 100 years’ in the property industry and pride themselves on delivering a bespoke service to each of our clients as they believe that all properties, just like their owners, are individual.
Internally the branch is airy and bright and has a private office available for customers needing to discuss matters in more privacy. We also have our own in house mortgage advisor, Wendy Gawn who has worked in this office for over 25 years so you can be sure of some excellent advice and a friendly face.
Out lettings team is headed up by Director Ashley Newell. Ashley oversees the all of the lettings operations in the Chapplins group.
